What weapon type would you like added to ESO?

Fist Weapons

I'm partial to Fist Weapons myself but I think a 1-handed plus magic type would be cool too. It would feel more like Skyrim where I always used a sword in main hand and cast my spells in left.

Fist Weapons

Hand-to-hand combat is definitely a favorite of mine, and many others.
Especially with Khajiit. I usually do not like them but highly enjoy playing as them when H2H combat is offered.

not sure guns are even relevant to ESO....maybe some kind of dwemer, steam contraption that shoots cogs.

1-handed plus magic (similar to 1-handed but casts spells on left hand)

I want 1H + Magic like in the previous TES games.

Also, no more magic without a free hand except specific spells, no more class skills, even no more classes at all and a lollipop.

Why someone should even think about somethink so advanced and complicated to invent as guns when everybody nad their mother can use magic and shoot fireballs from bare hands? Its not possible to appear in those circumstances...

I went with the one that I would most like to see, but the only one on the list that I would actually be opposed to seeing is a gun. Having guns in ESO would be absolutely ridiculously out of place, and insanely lore-unfriendly.

Exactly: in order to make their scythes usable they had to modify them to become fauchards (well, war scythes, but a war scythe is basically identical to a fauchard).

i dont want a new one, but i do want 2H maul and axes quite a bit larger... since... well, greatsword looks like it's taller than a small child, but i feel like i can dual-wield any axe or maul motif...

Dual wands?
Wouldn't a staff, which is already present, be considerably more convenient?

I would also like to see the return of bound weapons and wards, though.
My favorite build in Skyrim was one of an assassin/ mage hybrid that never needed to carry a weapon on his person. His swords, bows, and daggers (mods) were all bound weapons.

1-handed (like a duelist/fencer)

I would like a one handed weapon option with no offhand. Maybe give some bonus to spell casting for freeing up your offhand or something.

Ah, OK. I wasn't sure if you were agreeing with my comments, or disagreeing... The links you posted supported what I had said, but without any comment from you I wasn't sure if you thought they supported it or not.

But yeah, I'd like to see polearms added for sure. I don't overly care about which specific ones they add, but it's such an important class of weapons that I find it disappointing that they're only represented by Templar skills in the game...

There's a wpn glyph that does magic dmg as well as return magic on hit I believe. Somebody correct that if Im off, I never use it but have crafted for others I believe.

I would love to see a skill line or something of the summon/bound weapons like Skyrim had. I prefered those most.

I realized this but I figured someone might like to see them regardless. I guess you could tie them to dwemer tech.

On fist weapons, brawling is a thing is TES. Plus Khajiit and Argonians are known to use their claws. Besides, ZoS could just say using fist weapons fell out of favor after this time period.
