Immovable potions broken?

I regularly use immovable potions. it seems like i still get rooted and CCed within the 15.6 seconds immunity timer..

What gives?

    Roots and snares don't count as CC for the purposes of CC immunity. CC immunity protects you from stuns, knockbacks, disorients and fears.

    The only way I would say they're broken is they make an active skill entirely pointless to morph/slot. :disappointed:

    With the soft cap removal the talons are not useful anymore. People roll dodge non-stop, if they dont roll dodge they play ranged with BE.

    Urgh... My magicka NB would say differently... Last night a dude used talons on me non-stop for about 30 seconds despite me attempting to roll, pot, cloak... Very frustrating

    yep, they're broken. tested on a 1v1 NB two nights ago, doesn't do anything. Reported it
