So i get it that ZOS wants to redirect some of the traffic from the dwemer dungeons that are being overrun by us energetic players farming for motifs. Comes the announcement that ZOS has significantly increased the number of urns, etc. in the lesser used dwemer dungeons to spread us out more evenly. Great positive psychology......except the additional vessels all seem to be empty! LOL. Reverse psychology? Pushing us all back to the overrun dungeons where the vessels still contain....tadaaaa....lockpicks and the occasional motif. I'm beginning to feel like a piece of seaweed caught in the surf.
