Another Breaking Bug - UI Error?

There is a bug in the light armor passive called "Concentration - Increases your spell penetration by x"If you put points into this passive you get the active effect in your character sheet regardless of having any pieces of light armor equipped.

This effect also shows up on people if you are using S'Rendarr, it shows up as the same icon you would see if you have a master weapon equipped.

A few of the CP passives trigger a buff but what the buff does (if anything) is still to be questioned.
They need to change ALL of the passives from the CP system to be buffs and be able to click on the buff to see exactly what its doing, cause a lot of them 'appear' to do nothing.

Too many show no changes on the character screen so its hard to work out what is working the best for your build.

Just to clear things up, this is not from the CP System, this Concentration buff has applied since Update 6 and I only just realised where it was from

It's in your skills > armor > light armor > concentration (last passive)

Hey there @Nifty2g,

Thanks for reporting this! Looking into the bug for this issue, it appears it is purely cosmetic. You do not receive the benefits of the buff even though it appears in the character sheet unless of course you meet the requirements, in which case the passive works as intended.

This bug has received a fix internally, which will go out in a future patch. If there's any other way we can help, please let us know!
