Happened right now on the European Thornblade pvp server. It's literally a firework show. This isn't even rare to occur, everyone with 999+ ms ping though still able to communicate in chat.

in any prime time i cant use any skills

Its an EU server thing that some people seem to have. PvE isnt any better for them either, with ping spiking from 100-into the thousands intermittently and weapons/skills not working.

Think it worked better for them when the servers were still NA side, others have the opposite unfortunately -

So swings and roundabouts. With the amount of different connections/experiences and otherwise doubtful much will change.

seems like adding items in the crown store is more important than good playing conditions ....

5 minute 999 ping spikes, where nothing happens and noone moves but everyone can talk, don't happen on NA ?

As much as I would like to see Cyrodiil issues solved, the argument "ZOS will not take care of this/my issue because they only care about Crown$" is getting tiresome. You find it in 99% of the threads here. Leave it for a bit, please.
