My DK Tank Build, What Gear Should I Wear? Any Suggestions?

Hey Everyone, So I am in the process of making a Orc Dragon Knight Tank Sword & Shield Build This is my layout, I wanted to know what type of gear to use like is there a specific Set item or name of item that i should use per piece of armor out there and if so what is it. If anyone has any recommendations to make to the build at all please let me know I'm new to this game been only 1 month about so would love advice or input and thanks a lot for the help. on a side note the character would be my 1st one and i would work on woodworking, clothing, and blacksmith as my crafts.

This is my ATTRIBUTE Layout Will be as follows :
10 Magica, 10 Stamina and the rest would go into health

My SKILLS layout will be as follows:
For my First weapon Set
Empowering Chains
Burning Embers
Engulfing Flames
Burning Talons
Deep breath
Ultimate : Standard Of Might

For my 2nd Weapon set
Shield Assault
Flame Lash
Ransack
Green Dragon
Eruption
Ultimate : Corrosive Armor

As an extra was thinking Heavy Armor Skill ---> Immovable Brute & Undaunted Skill ---> Spiked Bone Shield

PASSIVES :
Draconic Passives will be:
Iron Skin
Burning Heart
Elder Dragon
Scaled Armor

Ardent Passives Will be:
Kindling
Warmth
Searing heat
World Of Flame

Earthen Passives will be:
Eternal Mountain
Battle Roar
Mountain Raising
Helping hands

One Hand & Shield Passives will be :
Sword & board
Deadly bash
Fortress
Deflect Bolt

Heavy armor Passives will be:
Constitution
Resolve
Juggernaut
Bracing
Rapid mending

Orc Passives will be:
Brawny
Robust

Undaunted Passive will be:
Undaunted Mettle

CRAFTING SKILL Points as follows:
Blacksmith Skills:
Metal Working
Keen eye (1 skill point only)
Metal Extraction

Clothing Skills:
Tailoring
Keen Eye (1 Skill Point only)
Unraveling

Woodworking Skills:
Woodworking
Keen Eye (1 Skill Point only)
Wood Extraction

Hist Bark and Nights Silence are good if you're not looking to get fancy. PvP gear like Pacts sword and shield are excellent but not always easy to get your hands on if you don't pvp a lot.

ya my character wouldn't be for PVP much more runs and getting gear to trade or sell since im in a trading guild and thanks for opinion and advice

From what I understand, you've not yet reached end game content right ? So still in the leveling phase ?
I'm currently leveling my DK Tank, who, weirdly enough, is an orc too !

Reached Lvl 42 yesterday. I mostly played with a friend, doing quests and dungeons together (he's a templar).

From what I experienced, I would advise you to train a Damage oriented skill line for your 2nd bar while leveling, like Dual Wielding, Bows or Two Handed (I personally went with 2H). The reason being that you will kill things much faster, and therefore complete quests faster, espectially if you're playing alone.

5 piece Hist Bark & 4 Piece Alessia's Bulwark + whatever jewellery you want.... use this for tanking until you reach VR13 and can get Footman.
Lots of Armor and Health + the dodge chance from Hist Bark.
