Campaign Length / Switching Campaigns

So, if I jump into a 7 day campaign...will I be able to switch to a different campaign after those 7 days are up? (free of charge, not the 100k pts)

I've never done anything except the Wabba campaign in the past heh...

Nope, you have to pay AP to switch. But, you can jump to get rewards... so you can go 7-day, 14-day, 7-day, and then finish with the 30-day and get rewards from all 4 campaigns.

Are you sure? there is another thread saying the exact opposite. That it is free when the campaign ends. Anyone able to give some sort of confirmation. 100k is quite a whack to pay for a mis-step with the new campaigns if you don't pvp that much

I tried turning my current guest campaign into my home campaign yesterday (in order to free up my home campaign for an alt). I thought I had right-clicked on the campaign and chosen that I wanted to change the campaign after it ends (for free?) only to find that nothing had changed. Now if I want to change I'll have to wait another week or so and have to pay 15000 AP? *confused*

Could we get more specific (and easy-to-find) information on how and when a change is possible and how much it'll cost? I thought it said the first change was free, and I though clicking "change after campaign ends" would automatically switch campaigns when they're over.
Do I have to log in at a specific time before the new campaign starts? Was I just too late? Or was it that I logged out of my home campaign and was automatically re-assigned to that campaign when I logged back into the game (pardon my English)?

It's very confusing. I don't even know which campaign I'm on if I logged out in Cyrodiil the day before. I'm sure it's hidden in the UI somewhere and I'm just too stupid to see it.

That would definitely make sense, as that's what that wording implies. I can test it on a couple of alts (who don't have enough AP to pay for a change anyway) and report back after those campaigns end (which incidentally could be ages, I don't know what state each one is at).

It's on the "L" screen; there's a drop-down next to "Home Campaign" which you can change to "Local Campaign", and that will show you which one you are in. If you're in your Home Campaign already, Local Campaign won't be in the list.

On this topic, I would like to see ZOS put the Campaign names on the loading screens, so you'd see
CYRODIIL (CHILLREND)
when zoning in. This would also help if you were in a Cyrodiil delve, or on the Guild/Friends/Group screen to show where others are.

Wondering why a guest campaign reset was not also granted after the closing of Morihaus? I have it set as guest on a few of my alts - and even though the campaign is gone, it's still listed as my guest campaign

Further, when I try to move campaigns on them, I get the nice error message telling me that I can't change, because I've been in the campaign within the past 24 hours (impossible of course) and I need to wait a further 2 days before trying to guest in a new campaign.

Morihaus is gone? I was going to use it as home campaign for a char who doesn't PvP.

For some reason my AD char is campaignless now (yay!), so her old campaign is free to use again (double yay!). I don't know how this happened, but should a member of staff be responsibe: Thanks a lot!
