Siphoning attacks is STILL not procing on damage shields.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nf7CfKrQNEgNow, as you can see light attacks with any weapon will give the 3% proc, but all other attacks will not proc on damage shields. This NEEDS to be fixed, as it has been an issue since launch. I have already reported this, but like most of the bugs I report it takes a forum/facebook post til things magically get fixed.

aco5712✭✭✭✭✭alot of sets dont proc from damage shields being used aswell. its quite annoyingBanned for Naming and Shaming exploiters. Great ideology ZOS.
