ESO Subscription on consoles & transfer

Now, I'm considering an ESO subscription. I subscribed for six months while it was P2P, and because I like the game (and want crowns :-P), I would like to continue to sub. But I will be moving over to console ASAP. I haven't seen anything anywhere about console subscriptions, accounts, or how this side of things will work. So firstly - if there is a page for all of this - can someone post a link to it? Otherwise... I have some questions:

2). Will the PS4 release have subscriptions?
2a) If yes, can we transfer a PC sub to the PS4?

3). The consoles have mechanisms for DLC already in place. For non-subscribers, will there be the ability to buy the DLC from the PSStore, or will it be through crowns only?

4). Will the DLC be needed to be downloaded by everyone, and then only accessed by those who have paid for it?

5). Crown Store items and collectables.... will these be transferred as well?

6). Any special items for console players who have transferred? (This isn't important for me really, but it would be cool to have something that says "I played this before it was on console.")

Thanks,
Adam

Please put the Eyevea/EarthForge wayshrines back on the map?

Your PS4 will have the option to subscribe to ESO+. That Sub is not the same as your PC sub though and will need to be set up with your PS4 game account.

We dont have any up front knowledge on how DLC will be handled for non-sub players besides its likely you will be able to purchase them. With crowns or cash we dont know and this goes for consoles as well.

I would imagine you will have the files but not access till you sub or purchase like DCUO does it.

what you have bought in the crown store will xfer with you when the xfer happens. after that it does not xfer back and forth.

no news or info on anything unique for the transfer but honestly they are giving us the game for 20 bucks. i dont imagine we will get anything more then that as transfers.

Relevant links are after the questions.
2). Will the PS4 release have subscriptions?
    Yes. [https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/26563/kw/console plus]
2a) If yes, can we transfer a PC sub to the PS4?
No. [Inferred - separate ESO Plus memberships and the non-transferral of Crowns implies that ESO Plus cannot be transferred.]
3). The consoles have mechanisms for DLC already in place. For non-subscribers, will there be the ability to buy the DLC from the PSStore, or will it be through crowns only?
    Crowns only. [https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/26367/kw/dlc]
Crowns can be purchased from the PSN Store. [https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/26358/kw/console crowns]
4). Will the DLC be needed to be downloaded by everyone, and then only accessed by those who have paid for it?
Yes, most likely, as that content will probably be part of a major patch which also adds a load of new bugs fixes and some gameplay updates.
5). Crown Store items and collectables.... will these be transferred as well?
Yes, as long as they have already been purchased.
6). Any special items for console players who have transferred? (This isn't important for me really, but it would be cool to have something that says "I played this before it was on console.")
Not that I know of, but you will have any previous PC loyalty rewards transferred, so those will be just for people who played before console.
