Why do console players get a functional group finder and PC players don't?

To be honest, I think the reason why the console lfg tool works is because there is not that many people in the beta and there is no text chat. So they are force to use the tool.3 -

So are you saying that the developers are treating the PC version as a previous iteration of the game to be abandoned or that they are unable to add the same group finder in the PC version? I don't really understand your response. I think different programmers worked on the console ui. Who did ZOS get to port the code or did they do it all in-house?0 -

tengri✭✭✭✭✭You worry too much... remember LFG tool used to work ok during PC beta / first few months, too.
But they will break it on console eventually, too... just give them a little more time.

✭✭✭✭✭I've argued that the PC grouping tools work fine but due to the ease of using zone chat, guild chat etc ppl don't queue.
On console there is no text chat so the systems work as intended
There may be other issues on PC too as the network requirements differ but I think it's a (take out text chat) and ppl will use the systems.

Why do you continue to defend the PC group finder as working and claim it is just that people don't use it? It worked great with instant healer and tank queues as well as sub-5minute dps queues for months until Zenimax broke it. And as of March Zenimax support has been responding to tickets acknowledging it is broke. Please accept the facts.
