It's going to be easier actually. Everyone is "forced" to use the group finder, so it will work much better then PC version.

Like said before in this thread: on console pretty much everyone will use the LFG tool. as long as it works its going to be fine.
And if you don't use the LFG tool there is clans/guilds and third party PUG tools (destiny raids are a great example.. (thats a console game if you didnt know)
There is literally no difference when grouping up compared to PC.. bar the zone spam.
Console clans on games like Battlefield and Destiny meet on their site, discuss tactics and use voice chat to coordinate. no different than PC.
It can be very annoying I know from experience from another game. Wish there was somekind of way to save/store sentences what you use frequently. Cyrodil thats going to be nightmare, alliance teamwork is already bad in this game, just imagine without chat.

Console gamers are mostly single player focused, so that they might not even care about Trials, Guilds and all of that. They will play ESO like Skyrim and that's it. To expect big MMO action on a console is a bit silly if you ask me, this is what we have the PC for.

FF11 (From 2001) disagrees with you, so does DCUO (where most of ITS customers are ON console), Destiny ALSO disagree's with you, same with FF14
Heck, most console games focus ENTIRELY on the multiplayer aspects now-a-days, with many not even having a single player story anymore.
ignorant post is ignorant, please know what in the world you are talking about
