Where do i get the explorer pack upgrade?

I didnt find it in account. I have the imperial edition, but learned recently of the explorer pack. I want it. Where is it?

The explorer pack was a pre-order bonus thechemicals, it cannot be bought post-release I'm afraid.

This is a disaster....i promised my girl she could play a Nord as a DC factionist if we played Redguards to veterancy first. Last night she though it was bugged and i told her id get it fixed before i got home from work....what in the world am i going to do?

I really don't like how being able to play any race in any faction was a pre-order only thing. It doesn't make sense really as you end up seeing every race in every faction at some point as non-hostiles. They are usually merchants too.

No can do. It was clearly spelled out on the website.
I explicitly looked for it as I wanted me and my friends who also bought it to be able to play any race in any faction.
Imperial Edition = Play imperial race in any faction
Explorers Pack/Pre-orderer = Play any race in any faction

It is correct that Explorers pack is "Pre-orderers only". However stores might have a physical copy with explorers pack key. The key stays valid until redeemd (afaik there is no time limit to redeem them). You can get one of the not-yet redeemed explorers pack keys, but the supply is getting smaler.

Not a lot physical copies sold* and currently are on sale.
*My friends and I all used Internet Distribution

Otherwise you can only wait. I guess it will take 1-5 years till the specialness of the explorers pack will be availible via a ingame store.

No, we ended up playing separately last night. I may have to leave my faction and join Ebonheart over this which sucks because I have a vr12 and a couple of twinks in Dc as well as a lvl50 Sorcerer in Aldmeri, but I don't have any characters in Ep.

They can't. Officially it's impossible to get the Explorer's Pack if you didn't pre-order. ZOS doesn't sell it and can't help you buy it. You need to do it at your own risk.

I don't know any of kewl's sites (well, aside from eBay, but you never know what you're getting). I can second the earlier G2A link, they have a scammy feel due to their referral program but they're legit. Never had a problem with them.

Depends where you bought it. You won't get the code from ZOS, but other retailers still sell it - either because they have leftover copies or because they're shady digital key sellers who split pre-order packs and sell each part separately.

I bought my physical copy at Wal-Mart the day the game was released and it had the explorers pack with it. You might try a retail store on the way home and see if they have any copies of the game with a code in them. My box has a sticker on the front of it saying that it includes the explorers pack so that may help you finding one at the store with it.

I just bought a code from G2A - easy to use and I went to enter the key only to find I actually already had one entered!

So now I have wasted £2.33 but I have a spare key lol.
- So yes as talon has stated they do indeed work.

Check Walmart. The store near me has several copies with the explorer's pack code inside. And they have the box copies on sale for $9.99.

The Explorer's Pack code can be bought seperately online at G2A, sorry that I've never read this earlier but hopefully better late than never.

Incase you wonder what G2A is and why you never heard of it: I do not have any shares in G2A, but as a student I think that it's really a website that is too good to be true. Basicly it connects buyers and sellers for games, usually everything is much cheaper there than anywhere else. I do not know why something so great is so unknown, people must be too skeptical to think it possible. Check it out I'd say.

I've done my good deed of the month by sharing this.

I think it's called the Adventurers Pack now in the Crown Store.
