So yeah, as a roleplayer (yay, the minority of any MMORPG!) I've been quite baffled by the lack of a shared skybox with a shared weather-system. What am I refering to, some of you might ask? Well basically, if you're standing around in Wayrest or along the beaches of Auridon, you might some times notice that it is raining. Cool. Now, if you're a roleplayer, who socialise around other people, in this game you'll some times notice those other characters making remarks like "Maybe we should go inside, I don't like the rain" or "Phew, what a warm and sunny day!" whereas, on your screen, the weather is entirely different. Trust me on this, it has come up more often than not.
So, eventhough I'm aware this mostly applies to roleplayers, what are your thoughts on the shared skybox setting? Yeah, I'm sure it's facisnating to have your own little weather-system in the world, but is it worth sacrificing for a shared sense of immersion? Why haven't ZoS implemented it yet, and WILL they?
