Try relogging, sometimes interactables don't show up on the first load.

When you finish it you take a boat off.

Heck you can bring up map and just pick the wayshire where you first started. Should cost you about 45g unless you use a wayshire on Bleakrock then it costs nothing. I have only used the boat one time for each island I have gone too.

True, but that boat take you right to 3-4 quest givers and a soul gem (-:

Uhm, usually, after Bleakrock Isle, Bal Foyen is the next goal. You definitely need the questgiver and the boat since you still need to discover the wayshrines when you get there.

Generally, getting off is what the final quest on bleakrock is all about, going through the tomb to get to the boats to take to Bal Foyen... can't say I ever had a moment in that one where I didn't know where to go, not even on my very first character...

I understand that but if you want to go back to main island it is easy and easy to get back where you left off. That is all I was saying!

That's true, just for getting off the island, the wayshrine would do.
But not to continue doing the quests
