ESO Unplayable Last Few Days: Latency Spike -> Freeze -> Crash to Login Screen

I put in a ticket but haven't heard anything yet, and I'm not certain if I'm seeing the same issues as others. Maybe I'm having issues with my ISP and it's only a coincidence that it's occurring after a major patch? I think it's worth noting that I've never encountered these issues before, and I telecommute full-time and am not encountering any other network-related issues. Basic bandwidth and latency tests don't report any issues. PC is hooked to Ethernet cable, not wi-fi.
  • Firstly, I am frequently seeing huge latency spikes, with rubber-banding and unresponsiveness, followed by crash-to-login screen.
  • Sometimes, everything around me freezes even though there is no latency spike; I can run around for a minute or so as though time has stopped in Tamriel, until I get kicked to login.
  • I think these issues began Saturday 07-Mar-15; when 1.6.5 initially came out, things were good.
  • There seems to be a correlation of activity to instability; i.e., greater on-screen activity correlates to more instability, but the instability is not restricted to "busy" areas - I could be riding my horse across a field and get kicked (by the server, not the horse)
  • This morning, I got kicked when running around an Outlaws Refuge, and subsequently encountered "Error 200 (7:4:409:597)" when attempting to re-log
  • I have executed the "Repair" utility several times
  • I have ensured that I am running the latest drivers and have lowered the graphics settings from those recommended by NVidia GEForce Experience as per the attached
:'(
Any suggestions? Are these the same issues others are encountering?

Will upload and link to video example and attach diagnostic.

I've been having a rather troublesome time of it, with what seem like humungous lag spikes (I mean invisible boss monsters - till they eventually appear about half way through the fight, complete audio drop out, unresponsive controls - difficult to know exactly what's going on).

System: Win 8.1 64 bit, nvidia 760 card, 30MB broadband (no trouble in other games).

I too have been experiencing these problems recently.

The massive lag spikes, the inability to use any buttons that activate powers/buffs etc yet the avatar/character is still able to move/block in combat, the rubber banding/weird jumping backwards/forwards while moving, a totally random sudden switch to an upload/transition screen that lasts anywhere from to 5+ seconds before dumping you back to where ever you were plus trying to use a way shrine to 'port to Cyrodiil basically leaves you stuck on a loading screen and it never resolves. The only safe way I found to enter the PVP area is to open the campaign tab and enter the campaign via the select campaign option.

I realise that this is a massively complex game and I love it enormously yet of late it's becoming increasingly unstable and at times unplayable.

I dread to think of the issues that will inevitably occur when it goes live to the consul monkeys.

Turns out that I was having issues with my ISP and it was only a coincidence that it occurred after a major patch; AT&T swapped out some hardware at my house, and things have been great, since.

I have executed the "Repair" utility several times

    BIG mistake

When you get "Repair" just quit the luncher and reopen it.

I also had Error 200 (7:4:409:597), and all I did was close everything and reopen. I then got the fabled "Repair" button. I DID NOT PRESS IT!! I just closed the luncher, reopened it, and since then everything works just fine.

Same thing happened to me middle of March after a update. I always saw error 108,200,201 again and again in login screen. With luck if i enter the game latency abou 1000-2000ms and it is impossible the play game. But yesterday and today I played game without login error or latency but it was happen specific time about between 14:30 and 17:30(GMT+3).
You can see my post in here:http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/167376/error-108-200-201-again-and-again-randomly-high-latency#latest
