Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0 -

In part, my answer (my understanding) is slightly different if you:
1-want to know if X addon is worthwhile in terms of "will this enhance my game experience"
2-is 'safe' in terms of "will this harm or interfere with any other part of the ESO programming"
3-is used and enjoyed/disliked by any of the ESO devs or peeps
4-some other thing/combination that I haven't hit (or have only hit tangentially).

✭Yes, I am aware of that.The reason for not further elaborating should be clear. Sadly, it is apparently considered a bannable offense to repeat the @ZOS-tags and the question, so I can't again state my humble request for an official statement.
Usually, I would consider the absence of an official answer as silent approval. Maybe that is the bottom line. In a thread in the German forums, a player claimed that a game master upon being questioned on a possible exploit answered "it is not as long as you are not caught". I respectfully asked for clarification from ZOS, but that thread is similarly blessed with responses as this one.

This is another thing I hate about this game. Every other game exploiting a mechanic by animation canceling would be a ban-able offense for good reason. Zenimax? Game on!0 -

Did you try blocking? Seriously.
Using a specific key to cancel spells is less convenient and just as dependable as right-clicking.
However, if you are using this add-on in conjunction with a macro or an exploit, it is most definitely a no-no.
