Back in the days of Beta, ZOS used to send out these really nice surveys that asked a lot of questions about your experience. I think it would be nice to get a monthly survey like this. ZOS lately seems to be adding and doing a lot of things claiming "fans asked for it" but where are these fans? I haven't seen these people clamoring for this stuff. In fact most polls I see seem to indicate otherwise.

Now I know polls can tend to attract a complaining group which can make for biased/skewed responses, but why not send out a monthly survey? Some people don't like the mail spam, maybe it could be an opt in situation where people who want to give their opinions can fill out the surveys. It's not like people have to read and check these by hand, like the polls it can all be put into a report which gives averages, then maybe have someone read through comments.

This isn't meant to state ZOS is doing anything right or wrong, simply suggesting a way for them to gather responses, help prioritize dlc/content work, and see what people want to and don't want to see added.
