PC BETA testers received a monkey (I have one), so just curious if console BETA testers will be getting anything?

*Don't complain about 'entitlement' blah blah blah-Do so, you're worse than Guar droppings!

It's just a question!
(Not that I should have to justify that!)

    I'm positive the console beta testers will be rewarded somehow for their help. And a pet is a good guess. Whether its the monkey, or not, I do not know

    I hope it is a different monkey as I already have the PC BETA one. Doesn't need to be a monkey, I'd be happy with anything ;)

    Wait console beta testers get what 3 4 days? You expect something for that? Come on that is just so wrong compared to us PC users that spend almost a year and told lies thru the whole thing!

    PC weekend BETA testers got a monkey....(weekend being 3 or 4 days too)
    Those that did the whole year got a tiger... By the way, technically it wasn't BETA, just many issues people complained comparing it to a BETA as it is easier to pigeon hole and label things.

    To reinstate, this is not about entitlement, just a simple question derived from curiosity.

    If the console testers where also PC beta testers and had their account copied over, they get a monkey anyway :)

    But since the beta testing for the console is small and has already been 'beta' tested by all the PC players, I don't think you will get anything extra, but could be wrong.

    PC Beta Testers were also rewarded with a 1-year paid beta. Don't forget about that.

    Btw, you can now buy the monkey in the cash shop, so it doesn't mean much anymore.

    That's what I was wondering. I already have the monkey, as I'm sure many others that are going to console do too, so I was curious if it would be something else.
    Even though I'm sure the community would complain either way, ZOS does whatever ZOS wants. Be it with the retired rewards system or the Steam hound, or even that pig! So there is possibility for something...
    But you're probably right.. won't really be anything.

    Like the pre-order bonuses. PC users were screwed over, royally. Our incentives to buy early, our incentives to test the game, available to anyone now.

    Just like the many dogs available now, but they still aren't the Steam one.

    Sure if you don't care about pets, vanity items etc, don't waste your time, this clearly isn't a topic you're interested in.
    However, they are different. I am curious as to what is 'potentially' available to console BETA - if any. I like to collect rare or unique oddities.
    I'm also wondering how long the lifespan of ESO will be, because the longer the life, the more valuable these items become.
    WoW for example has mounts that were one time exclusives. Since so much time has elapsed and the game survived, those rarities are now worth high value.
