Guild purchase not received

OK I purchased from a Guild Store, the money is gone out of my inventory but I never received the stuff I bought.
So much for the Guild Store System.
I thought this game would grow on me but I am getting more and more fed up the more I play.........

It doesn't go in automatically. It can take a bit of time for the mail to come through, and sometimes you will need to change zones or relog to get it, but you will receive the purchase.

Purchases get mailed to you. Unfortunately, you often need to zone, or even re-log, to get the mail to show up. Did you try those things?

Yeah, this issue isn't on the guild trader system. This is the horrible mail system to blame. Items bought from guild kiosks are mailed to you but it can take anywhere from 2 seconds to multiple hours for that mail to actually reach your inbox. Relog or zone to a new map to bump the mail instantly.

Yes it's sad that we still need a workaround to receive mail a year after release.

Just here to confirm that relogging is the best way to retrieve your mail :-/
