The REAL best race for stamina users is not imperial

I use heavy in PvP and medium in pve.
I'm MOSTLY pvp so yeah. But i bought the imperial edition and for some reason didn't use the imperial race. BUT orcs look like bosses in the imperial heavy armor ( so imperial edition was worth )I r robot

Here you are wrong, it is more important. with a good stream of stamina coming back in, you can block, dodge roll, etc. hardly ever being touched. magicka pool can be used to regain health when it's needed and with all of the stamina in the world, you can win every fight. Stam regen is underrated.

This is where you are wrong. Sustain is a huge part of success in PvP. I have 21k health when I solo gank and the reason why I end up winning is when my enemy is drained out of ressources and I'm not. With my superior regen I can roll dodge all your heavy-hitting attacks and sustain damage pressure attack while you block and lose stam (an not regain it as fast as me).
I play an orc and I find the health regen in combat better than flat out 10% more hp because in the long run I regen more health than you have more in bonus compared to me. While i'm dodging attack or absorbing hits with a dmg shield that regen kicks in so I hardly have to heal myself.
As of the red diamond passive, for it to really work you need to actually land a lot of hits. But then again, this is pvp, expect half of your abilities to get avoided/dodged. This isnt pve, players move around more. Your flurry/biting jabs wont get all of their hits in.
This is why also overall, if you want to play a stam damage oriented, redgards/wood elfs make prime choices right now. They can reach 2k stam regenerated every two seconds. that means in 10 secs they get 10k stam back, which in my opinion, is much betten than having 10k more flat stam and gives you more mobility to avoid 10k damage.1 -

✭✭I actually chose Orc for my Stam NB. Loving it, more survivable at level 22 than my VR14 Templar in PvP. No joke, so many ways to dodge or disappear.
Can't wait to get all the passives, especially the extra damage to Charge attacks.
Wood elf and Redguard are nice also but some of the best medium Armour sets in the game boost Stam recovery and not Health recovery.PC EU0 -

4k stamina regen is great if you want to roll-dodge 24x7 and hit like a wet noodle.
Next you're gonna start telling me you use drinks instead of food.1 -
