Character skin issues.

I've noticed on my Breton that the colour of his head and body don't match. There's a distinct line at the neck and his head skin colour is brighter. Also noticed issues recently on other players. Some look to have serious acne issues. They look Breton but could be another human race.

I've rolled back my Nvidia drivers to no avail.

Any suggestions?

Does the issue look something like the seams I've spotted on my Guar pet?

This isn't my character, but it's identical:

I've actually found out that if I remove the Breton hood (same one in pic) the skin reverts back to normal. It's when I place that helm. I'll see if it happens with different head pieces.

Ouch. I've never had this problem. Maybe it's your settings?

It's the Ambient Occlusion setting. When I turn that off it goes.

Not noticed it on non human characters. And it's only a handful I've seen, hardly any. Wondering if it's a slider setting in character creation, maybe age?

EDIT: Just crafted an Imperial hooded helm and the issue goes.
