Potions 'item not ready' in combat

Constant issue tonight in AA and Hel-ra where I couldn't take any potions, kept coming up with 'item not ready' - same issue with group members who were trying

Many of them have a cooldown period where you can't take a second one. The only time I have experienced this is during that time frame.

I am using several, none related to potions though

The bug is:
You use a potion and the CD starts without changing the UI into a grey CD-potion. Your UI still shows you a ready potion. Just an UI-fail. After the CD you can use it again.

I have found myself when this happens if you swap the pot to a different kind and back again you can use it.
