FYI, the group leader bug is still there. Yesterday, I started a group by inviting a guild mate (via the context menu in chat). Our group of two then had no leader, and trying to put us into the cyrodiil queue only had the solo option, not the group one (the dialog to choose did not appear, and I was placed into the solo queue). No crown symbol in the party panel or in the group display.

Disbanding the group and starting again worked.

I don't know if it is important, but before I made the group, I queued for cyrodiil as a solo player. I cancelled that request before I made the group, and the campaign panel said I had no queue anymore before I tried to start a group.
