They are definitely working on multiple different DLC's (content), although I wouldn't expect it in June/July. Console release is in June so they'll need to work out any bugs etc. with the console before anything new gets added. Seeing as they still haven't even worked out the bugs on the PC version after 12 months, if they have to work out bugs on the console release too don't expect that DLC anytime soon
If this is true, then wow. ITS APRIL. AUTUMN IS FIVE MONTHS AWAY AND LAST CONTENT WAS SEVEN MONTHS AGO.
That's 1 year without content.
WHAT ARE THEY THINKING?!??

I'm working my way through the rest of the Gold quest line. I'm VR13 and have to finish this zone then one more then I am through with the entire Cadwell line.
I'm also working on achievements, dungeon daily pledges, crafting, leveling my skills, getting more shards from other zones, etc.
There is plenty of things to do.
Do I want to see more content? Of course. But I have stuff to keep me busy.

It's not like a base 10 number, unfortunately. The general patch naming convention would be to go to 2.0.10 next for an incremental update. I realize we've never gotten there before, but I'm afraid we'll have to get used to it.timidobserver wrote: »I wonder if they will just stop patching if they hit 2.0.9 and don't have anything resembling a major patch ready to go for 2.1.0

Once everything is stable throughout both PC and console versions they will be able to devote time and resources to adding new content.
It makes sense.
However anybody with an active subscription is being royally... Well, you know...

ZOS has crown store crap, console release crap, and PVP crap to deal with, much more of a concern than another PvE zone imo.

If you compare this game to another recent MMO like GW2 (1 year 9 months older than TESO).
GW2 has released 4 new PvP maps, 1 new WvW map, 3+ PvE maps, 2 Living Stories, FIXED there WvW/AvA problems/lag (got rid of culling). This all done in 2 years.
In 1 year more like 2 new PvP maps, 1 new WvW map, 1 new PvE zone, and 1 Living Story, and WvW/AvA problems/lag was fixed.
The only thing GW2 does now is rebalance, rebalance AGAIN and AGAIN. There's really no major BUGS to fix, unlike this game.
As for the gemstore/crownstore, they also made several NEW outfits, armors, pets, hairstyles, facials, etc.
I haven't played this game since start, so its hard to compare, but if someone has played from start they can compare MMO productivity from my data.
**Also note, GW2 was in development since 2007 released 2012, TESO was in development since 2007 as well but released 2014. So both games are relatively the same age if you consider when they both were starting to get designed.
