Emergency patch on Thursday has frozen my launcher and it will not finish any download

My launcher is unable to proceed beyond 0 to 27% of the file it is attempting to download. I have performed every conflict resolution I can find. In addition the game I download from my account will not install the game. For the loader attempting to download, it eventually goes to 0.00kb on the bit rate and a title appears on that line stating that "Reliable source serving corrupt data". This has appeared for every attempt and the download reaches a new level every time I restart the computer and try again. Otherwise it just checks the data previously installed and then provides that quoted statement. I have 3 requests in with customer service. Any ideas?

Balorah✭✭Tech support did respond to the latest request. Very smart fellow, pointed out that upon viewing the "report.txt" that he couldn't figure out how mt system even manages to support game play. Then he went on to tell me what I needed to do to successfully block my anti virus software and the steps to take to replace the loader file. Unfortunately, enough damage had been done by a badly out of date loader that I am reinstalling the game. At least this part has worked as he said it would. I recommend asking for a phone call as that is what I got.0
