Werewolf quest bugged?

Ok, i made a werewolf about a week ago and the quest worked. I got my other toon bit last night before down time... and went to do the quest today and i can't complete it. I went inside.. listened to the dude talk.. and was told to press E which i did. But guess what. No WW form. Anyway... it told me to go kill the biggest thing i can find. Walking out and back in did not turn me into a ww for the quest. So i went ahead with the quest. I killed the elite.. but of course im stuck further by not being able to feed on my kill because you NEED WOLF FORM for that to work. So i dumped the quest.. and re-picked it up, and when i enter the realm, it fast tracks me to the point i had left the quest. Still no wolf form to complete the quest, and NO means of becoming a ww because you dont get that skill line until after you complete and hand in your quest. So... what do i do? I want to be a ww. I dumped the quest twice.. relaunched from scratch.. and still nothing. Still stuck.

✭✭✭The first thing that comes to mind is perhaps you have a costume on? I know that may be able to cause some problems. Aside from that nothing comes to mind right away.0 -
Adryssa_Joneley✭✭✭No, i dont have any costumes on... save for a guild tabard. But I will have another look in a little while and see if by taking the tabard off, whether it helps. But thanks for the insight. Worth looking into for sure.

✭✭✭Half asleep at the moment so I know I can't provide much help but hopefully thats the only problem. Werewolves seem to not like wearing costumes, causes all sorts of problems.0 -

✭✭✭I had same problem, but could still manage to complete it.
My character was standing motionless looking like a zombie with bug hands. All I could so was use light attack (and I had bow equipped so a few arrows I could shoot) and it was hard to kill the giant snake.
But when I managed I could feed and return quest.
I had this "bug" because I was wearing a constume. But I heard some people had it also when wearing tabard.٩(͡๏̯͡๏)۶

I was able to complete the quest fine like that - I killed the big bad thingie (for me it was a mammoth), and after the pack fed I was able to feed when I got close enough, even though I didn't appear to be a wolf.

Adryssa_Joneley✭✭✭I relogged after i removed anything associated with tabards and costume.. i dumped the quest. I repicked it up.. and i entered the realm. My toon is covered in this glowing red light as if he is about to turn into a WW but then the light fades, and im left standing there without changing. My skills are still the same. I get no WW abilities. I have been in and out of the realm like 7 times and each time i re-enter, i glow but never actually change. This is seriously starting to frustrate me. /sigh0

OMA✭✭✭I can confirm That this is a bug that is related to wearing an item in the costume slot or from the Costume menu. I had this bug too and finally when I read this thread I left the quest dungeon and removed the costume from the costume menu. I went back inside and the quest had reset so that I could once again kneel and turn into a werewolf to complete the quest.
