DK Healer is pretty effective in PvP, spamming shields and healing springs can keep your group alive for a surprisingly long amount of time. Every class can heal Veteran Dungeons, but don't try to heal Trials as a DK, that's just not going to happen.

DPS and Healer is as simple as using a Restoration Staff on your off-bar, Destruction on your main-bar and using the Restoration staff skills whilst spamming Igneous Shield. I'd say this is the more effective build, if built strictly for sustain and not a whole lot of damage, get your Magicka Recovery as high as possible, you'll be able to sustain the heals then, and you don't really need DPS as a Dragonknight, just throw Molten Armaments on your bar and a fully charged heavy attack from your Inferno staff will easily do 10k damage or more. (PvP wise anyway.)
