Join the crowd who has been asking this question for months.

Then, either join the crowd that is still waiting for a fix, or join the other crowd that is giving up on PvP.
I have lost faith in PvP ever being fixed on the PC/Mac platform. Too much technology debt, too much work to fix it, too few PvP players still in the game to make it matter. Other people may be more hopeful.

Note, also, that consoles might perform a lot better. No double checks are required by the server to make sure the clients are not hacked, and more of the workload can be safely pushed to the client side.

Also, ZOS isn't really focused on PC atm they're more focused on Console release.
They even said no new content till the release so find a way to entertain yourself in the meantime till June.

Yea it's been a year, not months. That's why so many people left the game to begin with...and that's why they'll leave it again.
