Survey Bug / also where is the proper location to report bugs?

I was doing a woodworking survey in craglorn at 64.75, 35.24 I collected one node of nightwood and all the rest of the visible resources went away and the survey went away.
Also at the time if I move I'm in constant crouch.
I reloadui and it did not help with resources coming back nor did it fix crouch issue.

✭✭✭✭✭I had this same bug happen a while back - on the same survey I believe. I did a /bug and /feedback in-game. After some back-and forth with the CS rep (basically him asking for more info and investigating what happened on the back end) I didn't get the contents of the lost nodes as I had asked for, but the CS guy tacked on some free ESO plus membership time for me, so I was more than happy with the result.
