eso Wont work on my new pc

i have installed eso and when i launch it it just sits on a black screen until i click and then it closes i have tried the repair option about 10 times and then try to play no of them where any better please help the only reason i got this new PC was for better eso graphics

Why couldn't the Khajiit go to the party? She had to be Elsweyr.

Deheart✭✭✭Have you updated windows yet, specifically the graphics drivers? Because it sounds like its not playing the intro video.As a casual player I was satisfied that at one point I had a char max level and near max crafting with almost all motifs and I pretty much lost interest. Then ESO discovered DLC's and now my main is just a wanabe and I am happily pulled back into the game.0 -

Find line SET GraphicsDriver.7 "D3D11"
change it to SET GraphicsDriver.7 "D3D9"
