WoW has never, ever, ever, ever announced when their maintenance will be done. They have given estimates for server restarts. That's it. I can only assume that the others you list do similar things.

Maintenance will be done when it's done.

Care to tell us WoW's time of day/timeframe for patching? pretty sure it was somewhere in the neighborhood of 5am - 11am PST. Why are you complaining again? About the length of time in this thread. And about the time of day in another thread. Give it up already...

If the servers are up "on time" or early, no one cares or remembers.

If the servers are up one minute "late", then the entire forum crashes from all the whining.
