Frequent Launcher Repair since 1.6

Hey guys
Since the patch 1.6 went live iv been getting frequent launcher repairs. Sometimes even after playing for hours, then crashing and rebooting the launcher, it suddenly asks me to repair. I usually close the launcher a few times till it goes away and I can play again :P did the repairs the first few times but it kept coming back regardless.
anyone else experience this or know how to fix it?
