Need add-on to hide annoying messages

I wish to hide the items below and am having no luck finding add-ons that accomplish this. Any suggestions?

- Guild members completing trials and the like.
- Notifications in the chat window (the balloon with number that persists until checked). I prefer to check these manually without any UI indicator.
End the tedious inventory management game.

✭✭✭✭✭No thank you is an add-on that blocks quite a few. I think you can turn the Cyrodiil ones off in your normal settings

As stated earlier in thread, the addon No Thank You, is good for cutting out most spam, you can grab it via Minion or here as @MissBizz kindly already provided.
