Hello All,
I received the e-mail with the Welcome Back Weekend code. So I downloaded the game, logged into my account, but the code that i received in the e-mail is not valid when i enter it. Also i dont have any crowns in the store.
Why can this be and what should I do? Please let me know.

The code that they sent in the email is a receipt of one that they already applied. You don't need to enter it, it should have automatically be redeemed. Try to log in to the game.
Also, I believe the crowns aren't received until logging in (not sure on that one, but I think that's what I saw their mods mention on the FB page).1 -
yay.malcolmeb17_ESOSoul Shriven@Midnight_Rose, but when i log in the game after i enter login and password, there is another message board where i should enter the code.

That is for an access code that is sent to your email when you try to log in. Email should say something like "Login from unknown IP". It's their security measure to help prevent unauthorized access to your account. Completely different kind of code.
And the trial is probably the welcome back weekend, as there is no other kinds of trial currently.0 -
I was honestly freaking out!! This thread helped me calm down. Currently I have a pre-order for the PS4!!
But i definitely wouldn't mind another round on the laptop...I just wish I hadn't missed the email till now due to a full time job. However ESO I would be more than willing to join FT as a tester!! Just keep that in mind!!

✭@Midnight_Rose is correct! The Welcome Back Weekend code was automatically applied to your account, and the verification code you need to log into the game will come in a separate email.
