The right place to advertise Crown store items is the launcher.

Which you knew, and did that. Don't use in-game text advertisements, it's unprofessional. If people miss out on time-limited exclusives, that's their problem (and they'll just buy the less-exclusive Senche from you later regardless).

Once you get "ticket to the gun show" XP items in, people will frequent the Crown store for those and you'll see more exposure.

It's a cosmetic collectible. It doesn't harm your gameplay to miss it, and there will be one very similar to it available. There's a huge image of it on the launcher, like every other F2P game advertises their time-limited exclusives.

All of those games do just fine without spamming banners in the player's FOV.

If you have a sub, you've probably seen it in the store, using the crowns you paid for.

I disagree with the launcher. I think it's important to have it there, but many people skip the launcher unless there is a patch. I don't personally but there has been feedback expressing this.

I'm all for immersion, but some kind of communication in game is necessary and I'm all for it being the least invasive while delivering the message. Maybe loading screen with tips at the bottom and crown store offering at the top?

It's been previously stated that the Senche-Leopard will probably come back sooner or later. Admittedly somewhat vague, but if ZOS gets enough feedback to bring back the Leopard, they are in the position to bring back the Leopard. So no need to spam us.
