Morag Tong 5 piece set bonus question

I’m looking into theory crafting myself a new build but before I get to deep and invest a ton of time and gold into the Morag Tong set I would really like someone to give me a definitive answer on whether or not the dual wield Flying Dagger will proc this set bonus. I’d like to try a bow out with this set and use lots of poisons and every 5 seconds or so switch to my secondary bar and toss a Flying dagger to keep it up at range but I’m not sure if this is viable.

Yes I read the tooltip "Your attacks cause targets to take 15% more damage from Poisons for 5 seconds.", all I'm looking for is confirmation (tested) that the ability flying dagger will proc the increased poison damage and not have it require something like a light or heavy attack. The Morag Tong set goes for approximately 125k to 250k gold per piece otherwise I would test it out my self to confirm.0
