Anyone know what this is? I saw it in CLS today but I don't recall seeing it before.

    When you're "homed" in a campaign, you get bonuses for what's happening in that campaign in Cyrodiil

    Yup, and if you go into alliance war tab then bonuses, it will show the bonuses that is possible for your alliance to achieve, and they will be lit up if you have them and also on your character screen were your attributes are.

    I can`t remember the keys to access both screens for some reason......
