Here's another that was already mentioned in this thread: should it be paid with ingame money, or do you consider this as a style-option that is viable as a crownstore-item?

If a character commits a crime and escape to modify their appearance, how is justified the continuity of the bounty if in theory can not be identified?
Nope, they can still identify you - just like a guard in Glenumbra can identify a potato you stole out of a chest in Eldenroot.

I don't wanna play with same hair style and same facial hair for eternity! let us change our scars make up and facial hairs and other cosmetic stuff on our head. Even in real life i change my hair cut or facial hair style every three month but in a magical world i can't ! This game has really deep character customization at character creation and yet no in game customization feature. It's a mmoRPG in a roleplaying game customization is everything guys !!! I will up this poll forever

Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

slightly off topic but on the topic of Wizzards...
IT ALWAYS BUGGED ME SO MUCH that in Skyrim and ESO there are no pointy wizard hats! All there are is hoods. I don't want to wear a hood as a wizard or mage! I'm not some guy from Assassin's Creed! I want to wear a traditional pointy Wizard Hat!

That might be do-able at level 10, but if in those two years I got my character to level 40 or VR, I doubt anyone wants to delete that hard work.0 -

I deleted a character to reuse the name, but I normally wouldn't do that with how far that char had gotten... I woulda paid them for a name change instead. It's just bad to set it up like this
I also have another char who is high enough that I won't delete her, but I want the name for a different class so nothing is happening there. Yeah, this stuff matters.

You see, thing is that they have been saying that this is going to be added since beta. We never knew if it was coming soon or "soon". Maybe if we knew it would take over two years, some of us would have done that.
