Ruze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.
He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.
Alan already said it pretty well. You get unlimited access to the game now, rather than just 30 days of complimentary access.
Game time at present is not ESO plus. That is a premium, optional service.
Game time is being able to log into your account and access the game without restriction or financial obligation.
I'm all for enforcing contracts when they need to be enforced. This, however, is just an attempt at bullying customer service.

Not trying to be rude but have you read the terms and conditions ?
You continue to comment with your understanding but it may help to comment with the language in the terms and conditions. I'm not a lawyer but I can share that my job requires that I deal with many different state and territory rules, laws and regulations.
They've done nothing wrong here.
The issue here, is you are referencing terms and conditions that are regarding their game. The terms and conditions do not comply with their special offering. As I never had to agree to terms and conditions. I had to agree to them to play their game, but has nothing at all to do with the offer.
What happened when they had users that had paid for a 6 month game time subscription and ended the subscription model? They gave them ESO Plus for the time frame they had paid for. This is exactly the same thing. All they need to do is provide ESO plus in place of.

Hey that's the point. You keep referring to this fake set of terms and conditions. I have in writing on their website that I will receive it.
The truth is, I am not here to argue with players that have no sense of the matter. You have no impact on whether or not I get what I am suppose to get.
The post is here for notification that Zenimax seems to have forgotten part of the special offer. Will they handle it on a base by base, or fix their current offer to include it automatically.

That we can talk and discuss but otherwise you're just trolling and being unreasonable as many suggestions in this thread have directed you to self discovery.

No one is seeing the issue. The issue here was you were required to do this with a deadline. There was an incentive to do this. This is not "bullying customer Service". This is consumers being required to spend their money a year ahead, being told they would receive something to have INCENTIVE, and then having the incentive removed. What is replacing this incentive? Nothing? Then the whole forced deadline was moot and shouldn't have been a requirement.
They put an incentive on an offer. In some extreme cases, you could say they knew the incentive by the time it was to be delivered would not be an incentive at all. That is called deception.
I am not the one here painting them as crooks. I am saying there is a big part of the special offer missing.
It is not acceptable that the game no longer has a game subscription. There is still a gap in the incentive. That gap should be filled.
If the offer was " Buy ESO on PC now, Before console release and receive 30 days of gametime" I can completely agree that no extra items should be given. Because I clearly know there is no game time. However, the offer was Do this by June 30 2014 and receive 30 days of gametime. This required me to put money forth, on the terms that was given. The terms even still stand, on their website. They have not changed it. The only thing that has changed is the name of the subscription.

no, this is what i was told I was getting for $20.
For $20, eligible PC and Mac players will have the option to add a full, digital version of ESO on either the PS4 or the Xbox One with your character transfer(s), and another 30 days of included game time.
Why do I feel I am not receiving all the item for my $20? Because I am not. The incentive was Paying $80 (or 60) up front for the PC version. Then I would pay another $20 to get the console version and 30 Days of game time (Which is now called ESO Plus) I MUCH rather have waited and only paid $ 60-80 now, (which in all honesty, wait a week or 2 and you will be able to get it for $30) because I have gained nothing. That is the issue, I was told I would get "this" if I did "that". I did "that", but now i am not getting "this".
Had I waited, I would have benefited. However I was told I would benefit if I did the previous offer. However I am no longer benefiting due to them pulling back on their original offer.

I think you're being intentionally obtuse. Instead of receiving 30 days play time you are receiving unlimited play time.
The Plus Membership grants +10 xp and 1500 crowns. Those weren't available when the original offer was made, so I fail to see how they should be given to you now...

Via a special offer, anyone who purchases and activates the PC/Mac version of The Elder Scrolls Online by 6/30/14 (11:59pm UTC) will have the opportunity to transfer their character(s) to either console version when they are released. The offer will allow you to begin playing immediately on the PC/Mac, and then add the PS4 or Xbox One version and transfer the character(s) you have created and developed. And, you don’t have to pay full price for the game twice. For $20, eligible PC and Mac players will have the option to add a full, digital version of ESO on either the PS4 or the Xbox One with your character transfer(s), and another 30 days of included game time.
Whether you decide to take advantage of this offer or not, we promise to do everything we can to get the game released on both consoles as quickly as we can. We will keep everyone updated with additional details regarding character transfers, specific offer dates, when you can expect console beta to start, and of course, when ESO on consoles will launch
That is the terms. In bold is the guarantee. In 2014, it was called Game time. In 2015 it was changed to ESO Plus. There is nothing "unreasonable" about the request. It is spelled out in the offer. Nothing is going to impact my account, so you have no need to have any concern on that.
There is no link to any exclusions. There are no *s or crosses to advise you need to read else where regarding the terms. So that right there are the terms of which was agreed on. You attempt to play the role of ignorance eluding to game time == ESO Plus. I don't fall for such acts.

Game Time:

I bought the game but I didn’t redeem my game code. Will I need to buy a new one for Tamriel Unlimited?
Updated 03/17/2015 11:22 AM Published 01/22/2015 07:29 PM
No, all game codes, used or unused, give players access to The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited. This is also true for ESO game time cards. Please note that codes already redeemed on other accounts cannot be activated again on a new account.
Game time cards applied to an account after the subscription requirement ends will apply to ESO Plus. More information about ESO Plus can be found here: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/26343.
Lets go read more information:
