Does the ESO Plus +10% XP apply to Champion Points?

As the title says, does the XP boost from being a subscriber have affect on the Champion Point gains? I am VR5 right now and do not think I have any use to continue subscribing if it does not work with Champion points. I do not need a minor boost in gold loot, which is small as it is lol.

    Any XP you earn is applied towards Champion Points. So if you are getting 10% more XP for being an ESO Plus member, it will apply.

    The 10% XP affects your base rate of XP gain.

    Say you get 100xp for killing a mob.

    If you are an ESO Plus subscriber, you will get:

    110xp
    440xp towards CP if enlightened

    Yes this along with cyrodil XP bonus and even pledge of Mara bonus all apply to cp.

    Nice, 3600 points is going to take years at this rate so I welcome any ways to expedite the process.

    So if that is the problem the solution should be to adjust the XP gain not gate it behind cash purchases. Do you really want to be in a race with others to see who can buy more pots to level? Progression should be about playing not paying.
