I've seen this same thing happen to other DKs, even during the brief incursions I have made to Cyrodiil. I have never once seen anyone complain about it on the forums.0 -

Focused charge has a cooldown EVERY TIME.
BoL has a delayed cast EVERY TIME.

Agreed. Whoever came up with the design should be shot in the foot and only admitted to hospital when he manages to find 3 other people willing to maim themselves the same way in order to accompany him.

I stand corrected. Someone mentioned it. But the whiny mantra of "ZOS jumps on any DK issue and fixes it immediately" is obviously bunk, because they haven't.0 -
