Or you can remain subscribed via ESO Plus and get all DLCs included whilst you are subscribed.

To be specific, you don't get them, but will have access to them. For some people there might be a difference

Exactly why I posed the question, It matters to me. I thought it might to others as well.
I suspect how they handle DLC ,and the means to purchase it, will determine whether or not I remain a Plus subscriber.
I would rather own not rent the content, since this is the path they have chosen, and If I can't save up my crowns to own the content then I would probably drop my plus membership and just purchase the content. I've got enough cosmetics to keep me happy it it comes to that.
It will be more attractive for them to make them separate purchase only via Credit Card, PayPal or Steam.

How can I get downloadable content?
DLC will be available for purchase in the Crown Store on an a la carte basis. DLC purchased on an a la carte basis will be available to you for as long as The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited is available. Members of ESO Plus will receive complimentary access to all DLC game packs for the duration of their membership.
ZOS has stated that DLC will be available for purchase with Crowns but I wouldn't expect that to last. It will be more attractive for them to make them separate purchase only via Credit Card, PayPal or Steam.
How many times has ZOS held true to their statements or commitments? Hard to think of any occassion.
I was wondering why everyone assumes DLC will be available in the Crown Store?
Have they stated that it will be at some point if so where?
ZOS has stated that DLC will be available to Plus members as long as they keep up there subscription or for purchase and rather vague beyond that.
Also the fact that they would have a limited time item in the Crown Store that goes away Just before the folks who have maintained 6 month subs get their next bill and their next Crown allotment leads me to believe (forcing a purchase outside of membership fees) that DLC will not be available in the crown store but as something you purchase from the website store.
Does anyone have any thoughts or info on this?
Well considering it costs $8 for a single respec scroll and up to $25 for a single Mount I'm expecting DLC like Zones (Orsinium will likely be the first) to be at least $30 if not closer to $50, which is absurdly expensive and not really viable with Crowns unless you're a non-stop ESO Plus member and buy NOTHING else from the Crown Store ever.As far as I know, DLCs should be available with Crowns, yes. But at the moment nobody knows, how expensive they will be.
I find it unlikely that console players would be willing to pay that much for DLC. Isn't standard console DLC somewhere around $20? They will want people to buy DLCs, so it would be daft to overprice them. Conversely, expensive mounts are such because they want them to feel unique and not have everyone running around with them, and yet they know some people will pay that much, so they can get away with it.Well considering it costs $8 for a single respec scroll and up to $25 for a single Mount I'm expecting DLC like Zones (Orsinium will likely be the first) to be at least $30 if not closer to $50, which is absurdly expensive and not really viable with Crowns unless you're a non-stop ESO Plus member and buy NOTHING else from the Crown Store ever.As far as I know, DLCs should be available with Crowns, yes.
