Eurpean megaserver in Virginia (US) ?

Did i miss something or is our european megaserver located in the US ?
A netstat -bn tells me eso.exe connects to an IP in Ashburn - Virginia.

EU server is in Germany.

The EU megaserver started in the US but was transferred to Germany quite a while back.

It is not located in the US and if you search this forum you can find a post where I explicitly detailed exactly how I know this and why using netstat and geolocation on IP is inaccurate at best.

EU servre is located in US. They did move it to germany at some point but returned it to US, if I'm not mistaking in either 1.4 or 1.5 ;/
