Everyone who has already bought a console upgrade should get a beta code

I, like many, signed up for the console beta a long time ago when signups opened. As I didn't get an email this past weekend, I assume that I'm not lucky enough to get into the closed console beta. Normally, I wouldn't have a problem with it as it's the luck of the draw at the end of the day.

However, given that Zenimax/Bethesda were happy enough to take money well in advance from people who bought their recent console upgrade edition, I think they should give everyone who has done this access to the console beta also.

At the end of the day, the people who have pre-purchased the console version directly are clearly people who want the game on console a lot and therefore it makes perfect sense to give them beta access; it's obvious that they're going to play the heck out of the beta and give Zenimax/Bethesda the feedback that they need from running the beta in the first place, compared to someone who got a key but might not even bother downloading it.

I'm assuming of course that this is a proper beta for actual feedback purposes, and not just a marketing tool to entice new platers who haven't already pre-purchased...

I would love to see that coming, as I'm someone who hasn't even signed up for console beta. Why not, one might ask? Because first I didn't own a PS4 that days and second I didn't thought about switching to console later. But as I already bought the console upgrade, I will switch and I will stop playing on PC. But at the moment I have no chance to enter the beta.

Bad luck, sure. But I'm surely more into the console version then some people that once signed up for the beta.

@BlockMate check out Gina's comments in this thread re the beta survey for console http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/1729775/#Comment_1729775 as to your point about beta codes going to people that have purchased the transfer I agree I think that would be great too.

Thanks for the heads up @Curragraigue, although it seems that I'm unable to PM @ZOS_GinaBruno as I don't have permission to do so.

It would be a real shame if those who have pre-purchased a console copy of the game - the people who really want to play on a console - don't get chance to participate in the beta.

Would be excellent if someone from Zenimax could comment on this. As someone who has been looking forward to the console version for months - enough to have already given them my money for my console copy - I'd hate to miss out on the beta.

Betas are limited. I see your point, but there are also people who have pre-ordered and paid the full price of the console version who also deserve the chance to play (by your logic). Where would they cut it off? It's completely fair the way it currently is.
There will be many beta players who have not played the game at all yet. Others might have more experience than you with other betas and reporting issues/ bugs. There are many factors that go into this and it seems you are more concerned with yourself than you are with the quality of the console release or the people who are testing.

The fact you have purchased the transfer shows you already have access to and are more than likely still playing on the PC version. You've waited this long, another couple months will not kill you.

Seriously.... I've already been Beta Testing for a year.

The last thing I want to do is more beta testing.
