Exploit : People going into outposts through doors when walls are not breached

There have been some postern doors that are not "there" - some players see a breach and the wall shows 100% health so can't be repaired up, some see a doorway with no door and some see a door that can be walked through and to some it's normal. I haven't PvP'd since the monday patch though, so not sure if it was a temporary issue or not, but this weekend players could run in and out freely, but you couldn't target people on the other side of the 'doorway' without a door. It made holding the keep challenging, that's for sure.

@PeggymoeXD the flags can't be flipped unless the Postern walls have been completely broken down, so even if forty people get inside, they can't do anything except camp the transitus.

That is usually associated with lag, I've been able to stroll right into an outpost before while everyone else in group saw a wall. The porting inside is a completely different issue due to being able to target a guard or someone who is in the process of going in a door.
