Finding a dungeon group

I have used the find group tool over an over and have never found a group.
ESO should give some sort of incentive to use this tool. In a past life on some other plane of existence another game would give incentive (more exp... higher rewards...) and it improved the number of toons using the find dungeon Tool.

Lord_Kreegan✭✭✭✭✭Most of us have found it doesn't work well enough (if ever) to bother with it any more. That leads to severe jaundice... I don't care how many extra XP is given for its use. It's not worth the hassle.
I've waited hours to find a group using the tool; I've found that I have a much greater chance of finding a group by camping outside a dungeon and waiting for other random people to show up, hopefully of the right classes, plus advertising in zone for additional folks... especially if I'm on one of my healing or tanking characters.
I think you'll find that most other people -- and I do mean "most" -- have had similar experiences.Edited by Lord_Kreegan on April 14, 2015 9:17PM0 -

If your AD, go to Grahtwood and ask in Zone there for a group. It's a great place for it as that's where the Undaunted Daily quests are given. People are always trying to find groups for those and other things there.NA Server - Kildair0 -
AH93✭✭✭Try using the LFG tool whilst questing or doing something else, I usually end up finding a group that way.
Sometimes its fast, sometimes slow, but I am a tank so it will be quicker for me than DPS.0
