Download restarts completly? What to do?

Hi,
I purchased the game yesterday and thus the download is runnig for about 24 hours now. A few moments ago It was at 22% and then I decided to restart the Pc - just because I don't like it when the PC runs for too long - and after I opened the launcher again the download started at 0% and is stuck at 0% for about an hour now. (I repaired the launcher but that didn't help)
How can I tell the launcher that he should be at 22% already?

EDIT: 2% now. I don't wanna go through this again, at this rate I wouldn't be able to play until friday or something =(

Tashira✭✭✭Try to disable your firewall while downloading and antivirus. Also run the launcher as an administrator1 -

ok, i disabled firewall and antivirus.
I always ran the launcher as an admin tho.
I don't know if it worked either because now the download started over again but it says there are only a few MB remaining...

EDIT: It worked. Am at 28% now. Guess the firewall-antivirus-admin-solutuion is the go-to-thing.Edited by DickMadame on April 14, 2015 10:35PM0
