Blackrose Cartel currently has 40 members, we're active in Cyrodiil PvP campaigns, do dungeons often, and our guild bank is very active. Few days ago we had a very successful Cyrodiil raiding party, in which we took control of BRK and all its' resources and conquered Chalman keep.
