ZOS, take a second look at shields in general. I think you might have a bug on your hands:

Agreed. Whoever came up with the design should be shot in the foot and only admitted to hospital when he manages to find 3 other people willing to maim themselves the same way in order to accompany him.

Yeah, almost what a Sorc can get for standing there hitting 2-3 buttons.
Considering it is a stamina weapon, it isn't bad for those front line melee players that don't have Bolt Escape or self heals.Edited by Phinix1 on April 14, 2015 5:32AM4 -

derpsticks✭✭✭✭It could just be a tooltip bug. It is kinda hard to test, but I was getting other value as well depending on my weapon damage.0
