Trespassing broken?

For some reason, when I tresspass into homes, people spot me while having their back turned against me, while Im in a perfect stealth, with tons of detection radius reduction. I even tried using Shadowy Disguise.

Anyone else experiencing this? It's hella unrealistic.

Pffft, it's broken anyway because even with their shoddy detection system you don't get a bounty for it. So it's basically irrelevant until they fix that.
